Move In/Out Cleaning

Thorough top-to-bottom cleaning to make your home move-in ready or spotless for the next tenant!

General

  • Dust all surfaces, including furnitures, shelves, and decors.

  • Empty trash bins

  • ​Dust all light fixtures and ceiling fans

Floors/Stairs

  • Vacuum/mop all carpets, rugs, and floors.

  • Wipe down handrails

  • Vacuum behind and underneath furnitures

  • Steam clean and spot clean floors (if applicable)

Walls

  • Clean light switches, outlet covers

  • Remove cobwebs

  • Scrub and wipe down walls, vents and baseboards

  • ​Remove stains, dirt on walls

  • Remove any light/mild mildew from ceiling and walls (if applicable)

Bedrooms

  • Make the bed

  • Dust nightstands, lamps, and other furniture.

  • Clean mirror

  • ​Clean all closets, storages

Living rooms
/ Common Areas

  • Dust and vacuum upholsteries, furnitures

  • ​Clean and wipe down all furnitures, decorations

Kitchen

  • Wipe down & disinfect countertops, sink and backsplash

  • Wipe down cabinets (inside & outside)

  • Clean inside and outside all appliances

  • Clean stovetop and inside oven

  • Degrease stove hood and backsplash, cabinets

  • Clean and remove hard water build up on faucet and sink

  • ​Clean all pantry storages

  • ​Clean underneath appliances

  • Dust & wipe all other decors, furnitures

Bathroom

  • Dust, clean and disinfect the sink, countertop, toilet, and tub/shower 

  • Wipe down mirrors and fixtures

  • Scrub and clean tiles

  • Clean and remove hard water build up on shower glass door

  • Rub, sanitize and remove stains and soap scum in bathtub or shower

  • Clean and sanitize all storages (cabinets, shelves, medicine cabinets, ...)

Windows

  • Clean window sills/frames (inside)

  • Dust and clean blinds/shutters

Doors

  • Dust & clean all knobs, door frames and doors (both sides)

  • Clean inside door jamb

  • ​Remove stains

Patio/Porch

  • Dust and wipe down all furnitures

  • Remove cobwebs

  • ​Sweep/vacuum/mop all floors 

Laundry Room/space

  • Clean and wipe down dryer and washer machines

  • ​Clean and wipe down all storages and shelves

We will document:

  • Damaged floors, appliances, lights, furniture, etc.

  • Unremovable stains & rust on cabinets, bathtub, showers, etc.

  • Unremovable odors​

  • ​Taking pictures (if requested)

  • Please ensure all moving is completed before your cleaning session, allowing us to deliver the best results.

  • We currently accept booking up to 3 bedrooms for 1 session. If you need to cover more rooms, you may need additional booking for a second session.
